Nicaragua

Flying Mantarraya

A flying stingray inspired roof protects the home of lifelong stories. The story of an extraordinary couple that fell in love with a piece of heaven in the coast of Nicaragua.
Sergio with his long hair and Robin with her pixie cut, loved strolling down the beach villages looking for curious objects to add to their collection: colorful sheets of painted shacks, signposts of “Fish for Sale”, abandoned canoes and beautiful sunsets.

connecting colors
with land

When Teresa inherited this plot from her grandmother in Paraguay, she knew she wanted to reconnect with the red colors of her homeland! With the warmth of her sun rays, with the rustic hay rooftops and red bricks of her childhood.
Lifelong memories she can now relive in “Mi Ranchito” while reading her favorite books by the fireplace.

Mi Ranchito

Designing “Mi Ranchito” in Paraguay, ment shaping Teresa’s lifelong dream: reconnecting with her roots, with the warm memories of her childhood hay rooftop house and sleeping under the vines. But she also wanted her new home to reflect her best experiences around the world, such as living in the middle of a vineyard in Bordeaux, France.
